There is a lot to be said about Se An Real Estate. The landlords/owners are two quite humane people, they can fix problems quite well depending on what they are. All people have their strengths and weaknesses, even landlords. Dealing with problems in a rational way can be difficult in certain situations regardless of life situation and social class. What I like about Se An Real Estate is that they have alternative solutions for different accommodations for people who have ended up homeless, or are in one way or another vulnerable in certain situations and that is where the human side shows itself. Something I think they can work on is this sensitivity. Of course it is not easy in old 50-60-70 and 80s houses, they simply used cheaper materials at that time that soundproofed worse. The materials were also quite toxic to breathe in, blue concrete and plaster etc (but Se An's properties definitely do not have these materials.) All so that the construction companies could save and make money, the same thing with commercial food that started in the 50s with all the chemicals, toxins that made people sick and vaccines, but that has nothing to do with this. I live in one of their properties and I like it, but their weak point is, as I said, fixing fairly simple problems (like putting in a door, for example). I understand that they have a lot on their plate and then, as I said, it can be difficult to handle problems in a rational way. It's all about prioritization, especially for property owners. If there's not a lot of money to earn to fix something, it's not as motivating of course. In life, you could say that your financial situation is a result of your attitude and personality, I personally believe that money doesn't exist because it has zero value in nature, but that has nothing to do with this review either. Se An gets 3 stars from me. I want to give them 3 and a half but I can't. It's a neutral review. One day I wish I could become a property owner, it seems like a wonderful job with a tendency to fairly minimal stress and fun working hours/tasks. In the end, I'll probably start hunting animals in the forest to survive if I lose my job then or can't get a new one, but that has nothing to do with this review.
