Updating the review, raising one star. Sebastian at customer service has done an excellent job of finding what was wrong. The battery is not working 100%, but better. They are going to replace a part on the battery, then I will know if it works. Will come back. Some things work, but not in the big picture. I bought batteries from Soltech. They promised a lot, but few things work as they should. And the customer service is under all criticism. Since June I have received some tentative answers to emails, and a phone call. But nothing happens, the battery still works as badly. Starting to get really tired of them, and do not recommend them. I have already discouraged a friend from even considering buying from Soltech.

I have 15 kW solar panels installed before, they produce almost all of my annual consumption, but I have to sell a large part of the production, as I get no energy when it is dark and get too much energy during the day. Next year they will probably remove the 60 öre/KWh electricity tax rebate. Then a battery is a good solution to distribute the power throughout the day. Soltech has been very knowledgeable and made the installation quick and efficient. Their support is good, always responds quickly. It is important to have a company that can be reached if you have any questions, and Soltech gets top marks there. Next year I will expand my battery package to 35 kWh. Then I should be able to use most of the solar panels. I am also investigating the possibilities of participating in Svenska kraftnät's support services, it should give a good ring in the coffers.
