Sonarstore

Ordered a nautical chart 4/8, which was in stock. Received confirmation of the order immediately. Since then it has been quiet. 8/8 I write to customer service and ask what is happening, get the answer that it is high season and that my order will be packed for the week. In a return email I send further questions that today 14/8 have not yet received any response. Do not experience this company seriously, but can not say much about XPLR or kayakstore as they all seem to be the same, but would like to urge caution.

Probably the absolute worst customer experience I've ever had. First and last time I've shopped at sonarstore. I ordered a few different RAM mounts to attach cameras to the boat, these were supposed to be used during the holiday, but that didn't happen. -After 3 days without hearing anything, I email and ask if anything has been repaired. -After another two and a half weeks, I get a reply that one mount has been repaired. Even then, the response time is completely unreasonable in my opinion. I'm then asked if we should make a partial delivery and if they should send the other stuff. -I reply that it's fine to exchange and ask if they have something equivalent to exchange for. -No reply, but after a couple of days I get an email saying that the things are on their way. When I pick up the things, I see that the repaired thing is missing. -After another TWO WEEKS I get a suggestion to exchange the exact same part, but only marked RAM and not Hobie RAM. But since this costs more than twice as much, I am offered as "compensation" to exchange it at a discounted price. This discounted price means that I will pay 1200 SEK instead of 750 SEK, for exactly the same product. So I have had to wait for an answer and a message for 5 weeks to be offered to pay almost twice as much to get the same product that I ordered. I have waited and hoped that it will be resolved, but after this I have asked to get my money back so that I can buy the same part at full price from someone else. I really cannot recommend anyone to shop at sonarstore, especially not when there is a crisis. Now in retrospect I see that I am not alone in this experience of their customer service, and also misleading reviews from friends.
