UNACCEPTABLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We were eagerly anticipating this fishing trip. Upon arrival, we were thrilled: a magnificent landscape, exceptional nature, and a trip that promised to be more than promising. Our enthusiasm quickly waned upon meeting our guide, the owner of Sweden Predator Fishing and Amazon Predator Fishing, among others. A non-professional, he informed us on the very first morning that he wouldn't be able to guide us as planned for the entire week and that he wanted to cancel one day of the guided trip. Unexpected things can happen, so we accepted, of course. From the very first day, Alain subjected us to a highly uncomfortable display of his (very) private life, complete with photos. Throughout the entire trip, his unacceptable mix of bad temper, aggression, arrogance, vulgarity, and anger completely ruined our family vacation. Like all anglers, we are fully aware that fishing isn't always successful, and that's perfectly fine, but this man's appalling behavior ruined what should have been a magical experience. We highly recommend the country, its natural beauty, and its people, but we absolutely advise against using Sweden Predator Fishing, and especially their guide.
