Friendly, fresh and professional! Training facility opened in January 2020 with airy gym with cross fit rig, machines and free weights, treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers and pilates studio for your own training. New in 2025 is also e-gym! The airy and bright changing rooms have plenty of lockable lockers, but fewer hooks to hang your towel on if you choose to shower and sauna after the session. The showers are spacious and there is the possibility of showering separately. The facility has plenty of led group sessions with great variety and professional leaders who are continuously trained. However, you may sometimes experience that there is less opportunity to use both leader-led sessions and the spa when you actually have time, as opening hours are limited during holidays. The availability of physiotherapists and other health professionals is a huge advantage! Usually, however, a training pool for rehab training and aquagym, water pilates and water yoga are available! For those with "water balance" there is also a steam sauna and whirlpool to relax in. But after the workout you can enjoy good coffee, a protein bar or "healthy" raw food cake in the fresh reception. In conclusion, Falkenberg's most expensive gym is still worth the money!

Completed the Get in Shape course in 12 weeks. Worth every penny for these weeks. Dietary advice and training gave results in just 10 weeks (7kg) Participating despite age 75 and not having exercised in my entire life was beyond expectations!
