From a questionable 2019 to a clean investment in 2025 – now after a year of operation! I have been following the market for solar cells since 2019 and deliberately chose to wait 1 year to write this review in order to be able to properly assess the system in practice. Now after 1 year of operation I can say that I am very satisfied and that the system is delivering according to plan. For me, it was not just about solar cells, but about a complete energy system with battery storage, smart energy management and the possibility of backup power. That is where I think Sunhero stands out. I installed a 16 kilowatt-hour Sigenergy system, and thanks to good advice on CheckWatt and support services, the economy has become better than I initially expected. Another big advantage was that Sunhero designed the solution for island operation and backup power via the Sigenergy Gateway. The fact that the house is prepared for power outages provides security that is difficult to evaluate in advance, but which means a lot in practice. I also received good help comparing Green Technology and ROT deductions so that the investment was as profitable as possible. Compared to the quotes I received in previous years, this feels like a significantly smarter and more modern solution. I have enough knowledge to compare suppliers myself and negotiate prices, but I still chose Sunhero because their model provided more than just a price comparison. They coordinated procurement, selection of installer, important warranty and contract terms and independent inspection, which saved a lot of time and provided a safer whole. Absolutely, they charge for their service, but in my experience you get it back in the form of saved time, better structure, safer warranty and contract terms and greater security throughout the entire process. The installation was also quality assured with independent inspection via IFSEK, which provided extra security throughout the entire process. For anyone looking for an installer of solar cells and battery storage who really understands Sigenergy, backup power, support services and modern energy management, I can absolutely recommend Sunhero.
