Svartbäckens vårdcentral

Jag har aldrig haft några problem med Svartbäckens vårdcentral. Blir kallad per automatik två gånger om året. Är det något utöver jag behöver hjälp med så fixar de det också.

Stop whining. You get the healthcare you pay for, so if you vote for tax-cutting parties, you have yourself to blame. Tragic that it affects the rest of us, but vote right in the next election. Svartbäcken's VC has its shortcomings, but it is absolutely not the staff's fault. Their workload is extreme. I have some criticism, they have too many patients and the doctors are forced to work elsewhere. But I have always been treated with kindness, respect and professionalism.

It feels like patients with multiple illnesses are not welcome. This health center with its new manager can drive you crazy! They deny important examinations and refuse to give explanations. They ignore, refuse to write referrals or certificates, are seriously lacking in notes, and intrude into one's other medical records which are also blocked. Addendum: On 5/12/2025, K, a manager, called me and accused me of slander. And threatened that they will limit my care! (The conversation is recorded). I want to clarify here that everything I wrote here and in other reviews is true, and now I wonder: Since I have already known their limitations for a long time, what else will they limit? Will they stop renewing my medical prescriptions too? Will she limit all other patients who wrote about their negative experiences? Is there a law that you cannot write the truth even if it is negative? What has happened to democracy and freedom of speech? Astrid Lindgren once said: "When people in power stop listening to people. Then it's time to replace them."
