Very nice and committed Tattoo artist! I contacted Elvis regarding two tattoos for my dad, dad is in a situation where he is disabled and was very worried about how the visit would go. He received extremely good treatment, including mom who was with him. Both of them called me after the tattoos super happy and surprised about how well everything went! I can say that dad was worried unnecessarily because everything went super well! Really highly recommend, so incredibly detailed, caring and good Tattoo artist!
