Var idag för att hämta paketet personalen orkar inte hämta till mig säger den inte finns trots den visar i mobilen att var på plats. Ringer sedan kundcenter som kontaktar Kristianstad, som fick till svar att det var mycket folk i butiken vilken lögn jag och en till.

Been to Thansen and bought two brake calipers, after I bought them and installed them in the car they didn't pass the inspection, they weren't approved. Then I bought new ones from another store and their quality was much better and they passed the inspection really clean. Then I tried to return the brake calipers to Thansen but they refused, and they said I had to check them at an authorized workshop, and what shocked me is that they said it was on the invoice but nothing like that is on the invoice. I feel really scammed because of that! And plus their products are really poor quality, I noticed that their attitude and service were also not good at all, they completely ignore their customers and are really unhelpful. If there is no tightening up, the store will go out of business! + I usually shop at many other stores/sites with the same subject and have never encountered any problems with returns or shopping there, and have never been treated the way I was treated in Thansen. I don't recommend this at all!
