First visit to Thansen. Yesterday I bought a gas stove with three ceramic plates and 3 power levels up to 4.2kw for 990kr. Went home and tested it according to the instructions. The gas to the plate in the middle did not seem to flow evenly and did not ignite. The gas to the other two worked as they should. So a defective product. Went there today and wanted to exchange it for a working one. Thansen then wanted it to be complained about and sent away. During that time I would have to spend money for a new one without knowing if I would get my money back for the defective one. This is not how you build trust with your customers. Who pays for my time? Terribly poor customer service. Found the same product cheaper at one of the competitors 3 minutes away. It worked exactly as it should. Will never buy anything else from Thansen.
