We reached out in fall of 2024 to start our home search, had a great informational introductory call with her (we were first-time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing...) before she got our home portal started. As soon as a potential option would post, she'd follow-up with her thoughts and we'd go look at the good ones immediately. Her schedule was flexible and we always felt she made time for us and our hand-full of home tours. We asked her for recommendations for a mortgage company as we were new-ish to the area and could not have had a better experience with them, as well. The team at First Heritage helped us visualize several different scenarios we asked for and explained everything line-by-line for us until we were comfortable moving forward with houses in particular price points. When we finally found the one, she drafted us a competitive offer with her knowledge and understanding of both the market and the Owner (she could tell they had already bought a house and moved on, so she suggested our timing and closing date be enticing and as short a window as possible). Because she had helped us get everything in order, we closed within 10 days, moved in immediately, and absolutely LOVE our new home.
