I have previously been a satisfied customer at Tingsryd Zoobutik, but was deeply disappointed that the store chose to allow the sale of fireworks in its parking lot. Fireworks cause great stress and fear in many animals – both domestic and wild animals. For a business that claims to care about the welfare of animals, this decision feels both contradictory and irresponsible. A pet store should be a safe place for animals and pet owners, not contribute to something that is generally known to harm and stress animals. It feels about as unreasonable as if a vegan store were to allow the sale of meat in its parking lot. This is especially sad because I have otherwise had positive experiences with the store. The staff and the selection have previously made me happy to shop here, but this decision now makes me hesitate whether I want to continue to be a customer. I really hope that the store takes the criticism to heart and thinks again in the future, for the sake of the animals.

Very helpful staff. They switched over to English very quickly when they heard my broken Swedish. Got exactly what I needed that I could not get anywhere else.
