We are incredibly satisfied with the inspection! Tomas did a very thorough review of the house and explained everything in a way that made us really understand what we were looking at, since it was our very first house purchase. He was educational, competent and took the time to answer all our questions, while the documentation and follow-up in the protocol was clear and easy to understand. We felt safe throughout the entire process and received many good tips for our first house purchase. Highly recommended!

I got about what you would expect from an inspector when it came to the actual inspection of the house. No more, no less. He wasn't particularly knowledgeable about electricity. I had expected to have a dialogue about the house with the inspector, but it didn't work. He was rude and arrogant. I was ignored or called an idiot every time I asked a question. After a while, I stopped asking questions. The inspection cost 15,000 SEK, but I can't say we got value for money. I had expected more. So I can't recommend him. Quite the opposite.
