Bought a computer that was incredibly affordable on paper. When I got it, a RAM stick was missing, luckily I noticed it and was able to get the missing one sent to me. The ad hinted that the computer would handle GTA quite well, as it said "Cuboid gaming computer is the obvious choice for passionate gamers who want maximum performance and a world-class gaming experience". With that and the fact that it was also hinted that the computer would handle GTA, it's hard not to think that it would handle GTA very well. But that wasn't the case at all. I have to play GTA on the lowest graphics, which is not very consistent with the expression of a world-class gaming experience. So I thought that there might be something wrong with the computer and considered sending it in under warranty. But according to their customer service, it wasn't certain that the problem was due to a fault, and therefore not certain that it would be covered by the warranty. In that case, I would have to pay for the shipping myself, which I find strange. It made me feel that the computer might simply be worse than advertised, rather than that there is something wrong with it. During this process, I have partly experienced their customer service as more apologetic than understanding. I wonder if I will get an apologetic in response to this review 😄
