Rummet var bra, men servicen är under all kritik. Att man betalar ju runt 1000 kr per natt och ändå ska behöva ta med sig sina sopor själv vid utcheckning är helt orimligt. Jag tycker det är riktigt konstigt och inte alls vad man förväntar sig.

Den var så fint hotel och bra service

We had a very good stay at Unity Malmö. The studio matched the description perfectly and there were no unpleasant surprises. Our room had a kitchenette with dishwasher, plenty of storage space, and everything felt very thoughtfully designed despite the compact size. The building has a really nice atmosphere, especially the beautiful indoor orangery garden which is a great place to relax or work. The hotel also offers useful facilities like a gym, laundry room, and free late check-out, which we really appreciated. Check-in took a bit longer than expected, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Unity is more of a studio-style hotel, so it works a bit differently from a traditional hotel. For example, you take care of your own dishes and trash, and regular room cleaning is not included unless you pay extra. Because of this, it feels particularly well suited for longer stays or people traveling for work. The breakfast was simple and basic, and the bed was decent, although the pillows were a bit smaller than we expected. Overall, the design, functionality, and atmosphere are very well thought out. For the price in Malmö, it’s a solid option especially if you appreciate having a studio with kitchen facilities.
