Lovely bookshop with even lovelier staff. They helped me to order in some books despite my broken Swedish and were patient and helpful and smiley.

Fairly big book shop hidden down one of the side streets in Uppsala. I could not find any adult english books but their selection is amazing. Prefer this book shop to the more central ones- the atmosphere is as a bookshop should be

As a student its a great store. Most supplies for education can be bought here, office supplies as well. Course litterature for students at Uppsala University can usually find all of their litterature here. They have a small selection of "regular" books, popular books, cook books and the likes. The negative part is that most of it are a bit expensive, but it's similar to Akademiska bokhandeln. Online is cheaper though.

Great bookstore, has everything from boardgames to course litterature, the staff is helpful and can provide and order almost any book for you. Great store!

This is the main store for buying required textbooks if you're attending Uppsala University. Unlike most "college" bookstores, this store isn't directly owned and operated by the university. The few textbooks I've had to buy are considerably less expensive than the required texts I've purchased at my home university. It's fairly large and well-stocked, and also unlike other college bookstores, it has a wide clientele; more than just students are shopping here. It also sells many things besides books, such as some upscale school supplies, postcards, etc. The decor is nondescript yet cozy quaint Swedish.
