Ekebyhus. Here, at this seemingly insignificant bus stop, the entire tragedy of the modern world — and its quiet beauty — gathers. I stand in the wind, and the wind stands in me. It comes sweeping over the hills of Flogsta, carrying with it the rustling of the trees and the cries of children from the schoolyard at Flogstaskolan. Their voices — bright, free — cut through the air like reminders of the innocence I once believed humanity could preserve. They run, they laugh, they chase each other in a state of natural purity, still unspoiled by the timetables that govern us adults. And I think: perhaps it is the children who understand life best — they do not wait for any bus. They move with the world, not against it. I myself stand still, a lost man of nature in the cold embrace of civilization. The metal bench — stiff and alien like the social contracts I once believed in. Screens flash with their numbers, a cold sun in the sky of technology, which promises order but breeds anxiety. Yet it is beautiful here.
