Så otrevliga! Så dåligt bemötande,hatar att gå dit! Förstår inte hur sjuk man är,nonchalant beteende,klarar inte ens att läsa …

So rude! Such bad treatment, hate going there! Don't understand how sick you are, nonchalant behavior, can't even read referral answers, don't believe what you say, don't hear back as they say, etc. I so recognize myself in the review that another patient wrote!!!! As she writes, you can't complain either because they just defend each other, so there's no difference!! And that's exactly how it is, from having been a favorite patient to now they don't want to hear from me, I'm just annoying., and when I come there and I'm really sick, they just joke. No understanding whatsoever, you get sooooo sad!

...also... review 2...different account.. ...so I have NOT received my 2 x-ray results yet today, April 2. -The response from Seradkliniken came on 28 Aug-23 to V.C... (nothing on 1177) -Also, x-ray 2 regarding knee, from Kullbergska came to the health center in February. At the first x-ray, various errors were found in my foot so it is their job to SHARE the results with ME, so that I know how to deal with the problems. (The x-ray clinic told me, that's why I know the results were NOT ok) Kullbergska X-ray 2, do not want to tell me by phone as they believe that is THE DOCTOR'S JOB. Booked 3 doctor's appointments that he DID NOT CALL! Have also called many times and spoken to staff who called. (Probably at least 8-10 times) All they have to say is, -Unfortunately, we don't know why Kaj isn't calling. I've also been to the reception and asked for the test results as they refer me to the doctor. When I called and pointed out that it's crazy that they're not giving me the test results, they make the classic comment... -If you're not satisfied, you can always change health center.
