Vårdcentralen Örkelljunga

As soon as I checked in at the Health Center, I got all the help I needed immediately - while I had to wait for the same help for several months at Solljungahälsan, without success. Here they take me seriously and everyone has taken care of me here in every stay since day one. It feels safe and serious.. I have been lucky with good doctors and nurses who always take me seriously. The Health Center in Örkelljunga feels safe and professional. I have been lucky to meet nice people who took care of me there, and am grateful that I no longer have to worry about and have to check in.. I will hopefully stay here as long as I can and will recommend more people to check in at the nice health center in Örkelljunga.

If I could give zero stars, I would have gladly done so. I doubt that "doctor" Stefan Nilsson knows what respectful treatment is. I've only spoken to him on the phone once and never again, I'll just say that. Terrible attitude, didn't want to answer questions, pretended not to know what I was talking about in order to avoid writing a certificate. When my relative, who is unfortunately his patient, tries to talk to him about his, he again has a disrespectful attitude, doesn't answer questions, sighs and groans and he can't hang up the phone fast enough. I don't understand why some people enter a profession they obviously neither know how to nor want to work in. It's important to treat every patient respectfully, regardless of their reason for contact. Or do you think, Stefan, that patients are patients because we think it's fun? That it's fun to be sick and unfortunately in need of help from Swedish healthcare and that we should put up with anything? You're holding your head in the sand for less 🤦🏻‍♀️
