Very bad not good,

I have sought treatment for a nose that I have struggled with for a long time. I have sores in my nose that bleed and hurt. Pain throughout the nasal passage and I can't get air in when the sores are at their worst. I get colds every day and have scars around my nasal passage because it is constantly dried. I sleep with my mouth open at night and wake up feeling like I'm almost suffocating because my mouth is so dry. I have constant migraines, probably because I can't get air. This has affected my attendance at work and my well-being. I was at the dentist who asked me not to wait any longer because they see from my oral health that I have problems with breathing. I called two weeks ago, they said "we're going to do the rounds. Come back in 2 weeks!!!" Absolutely crazy. I called today. (no one has called back even though they said this) I was told that I have an appointment for 12/17!! So 3 more weeks??! Because they don't think it's that serious. I explain that I am struggling and can't take this anymore. But there is nothing you can do. It's a shame that the poor woman at the reception who has to take these calls is not able to provide care. I will return to my old health centre even though it is on the other side of town. Incredibly sad..

The worst toilet in Helsingborg. When you call, you have to describe your problems, after a short time the receptionist comes to the conclusion that you don't need the doctor and that you can't get an appointment. They call 4 hours later than the agreed time. Out of ten receptionists, two are normal elderly women and the rest need psychiatric treatment.
