I would rate 0 if it would be possible. This is a government level scam not just a company, the owner is Swedish state and it is monopoly, not sure why people are ok with the way this business is going in Sweden, they simply take your money and never help to solve anything at all. Now we have to pay El and transport of el in 2 apartments because they simply don't even check why one person have 2 contracts for 2 different apartments, while you can't really live in both at the same time! Would they check if there was 5, 10... 100 contracts no they would not They don't care about providing services they care about money. How it can be monopoly and capitalism in so called social country??? We will pay this 600 sel of course, and already changed provider but you can not choose to change who transports El to your home as there is no alternative. Pathetic, miserable can fraud way of doing business especially on such level when company ran by state.

Too expensive. A bit mafia-like since you have to pay expensive for every Watt that transits to your consumption. Should never exceed the price of the production (once we pay these sharks 5 times more than we paid to the production company) A decent system does not even make you pay for 2 different bills, just one bill, like in most of Europe.
