Vila

Är väldigt förtjust i Vila och handlar ofta i vilabutiker i Stockholm med trevligt bemötande, efter några besök på Emporia har jag träffat på 2 riktigt otrevliga personer i kassan men dock även en jättetrevlig i personalen. Jobbar man i butik är bemötande och kundservice a och o!

Uselt bemötande. Otrevlig jargong. Ville köpa en tröja men den var smutsig av smink.. fick bra hjälp av expediten men chefen fick deala om priset. Chefen påstod att det var normalt med smink rester pga att de sålde kvinnokläder. Om det …

Terrible service. Unpleasant jargon. Wanted to buy a sweater but it was dirty with makeup... got good help from the clerk but the manager had to negotiate the price. The manager claimed that it was normal to have makeup residue because they sold women's clothing. If it had been second hand I would have understood but even there I have not seen such dirty garments. She could offer a 20% discount on the regular price but then I was not given the right to exchange or return. So if I wash the sweater and it didn't come out clean I had to pay 80% of the cost. They said it usually got lost in the wash. Most of the time. Not worth it I thought. They suggested I order a new one but my daughter needed the sweater by Saturday which I had already mentioned earlier. When I explained that there was no time for that the manager thought I should be out in good time instead. Well done. Nice way to treat customers, not. I'm not saying they have to give more discount in this situation, but the way they treated me was beyond criticism and with a little smoother handling I could have left without being angry. And 20% is quite a lot to risk getting a garment my daughter won't even use. In retrospect, I seriously believe that the manager was really uncomfortable having such a discussion with a customer. But then maybe you're not in the right place?
