KINDERGARDEN!!!!! REPORTED TO THE COURT!!!! They block my review in order to hide real truth... I really don't know from where to start, but I'll start from the beginning. Bought a car, they help me with a credit loan, great, however, from the day i bought a car and day when car was again in traffic i actually waited for 1 month and 13 days. ( 3 owners has been changed.. 1st was still on private owner and after to Vip motors ( some excuses with papers etc. - then owner Vip Motors - in the end another dealercentar because they dont have contract with DNB bank, great but 1 month and half i was not able to drive the car. As well first week i went twice to mecanic because they needed to fix all brakes and front discs. First time they change only front side after complain i get rear brakes which i supost to get in first place (at the expense of Vip Motors, of course who is selling cars with proper brake system.....) They promised to give me rear trunk lid cover which was missing when i purchased the car ( they did not find it in hangar) and still i did not get it. More to say, i drove it for almost a month and a half (cca 2500 km) and i allready get suprised. Driving board start to be like christmass tree... engine warning indicators, car lost on power, lights sensors indicators, engine oil leaking under the car. I had 6 months garanti so all i needed before i start to do anything was to contact insurance company and listen what they say in order to not lose garanti. They told me to reserve Mekonomen and do trouble shooting of car. After trouble shooting was done mekonomen inform Insurance company that repair cost 40 000 kronas. Insurance company answered that repair will not be done by them. ( issue with katalisator, intercooler, pipes, some connection screws was placed where not supost to be)....so in the end i pay 1551 kronas because Insurance company did not want to cover that expence as well. So whoever was doing/fixing something on car they do it proffesionaly. They cover it and hide it very god until warning indicator shows so in that case it was too late to act or correct the mistake. Mekonomen shows me pictures where was screws placed in pipes so pressure was going everywhere, oil start to spread everywhere. Garanti doesnt accept repair and most important is that Vip Motors has no trace to fix that issue even they are the one who sell the car. Last message i get is I will call you soon ( they block my phone, when you calling from other number he get confused or i will check and i will call you ....i call at least 13 times and no answer at all. Now i take lawyer and case is on court !!!! My recomendation is to think twice before u enter to VIP Motors because this is everthing but for sure not VIP Motors. (Who knows what they do with other cars) I spend time to write this review because i want to inform every single person who is interested in this dealer to be very carefull because you can maybe finished like me. I am sure that this is not the way how to treat with customers and for sure not the way how build trust & reputation. I am sure that Vip Motors will try to cover this situation and write more lies in order to not put blame on themselfs but whoever google Vip Motors will be able to read this. Disaster, disaster and DISASTER. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE!!!!
