Halmstad-Volt Hallarna performs beyond having a nice assortment, with customer service, interest, knowledge and commitment. ——————————————————- Visited Volt at Väla Helsingborg after having been to several men's tailoring events in the shopping center. At Volt, I found exactly what I was looking for, a linen suit, the right color and the fabric in a nice pattern. They "quickly" sold me a suit and were so happy…….. Since Helsingborg was not our destination and we were only passing through, I also went to Volt Emporia, as I was going to stay a few days in Malmö. But they did not have the option of adjusting the length of the pants at a tailor within the framework of the few days I stayed in Malmö. Instead, I visited Volt in Halmstad to have the pants hemmed. I put on my pants in the fitting room so that the Halmstad staff could mark the length/pin up. The staff rules on what size I have on pants and jacket from the purchase in Helsingborg. At Volt Hallarna Halmstad I actually had to return the entire purchase and THANK YOU TO THE SUPERB STAFF instead calmly and methodically try on the exact same suit in one size up, one size down, just to feel what fit best, the suit could be chosen in regular or slim so this was also tested out the difference between. Then I also found out on this occasion that I could mix freely and take regular pants in one size and slim pants in another size if I wanted. In Helsingborg they had rather sold me a set in one and the same type and size without letting me as a customer try out the differences in how the jacket and pants fit if I chose to mix and match. Now the suit became even more stylish, thanks to the fact that the staff in Halmstad was skilled and focused on the customer getting the "right suit to take home". I can therefore STRONGLY recommend Volt Hallarna Halmstad, based on the comparison between these 3 Volt stores, and not just recommend it because of the range Volt sells.
