I bought an apartment through this real estate agency and unfortunately there were several serious problems in the bathroom that neither the real estate agent nor the seller mentioned: 1. The toilet buttons were broken, which meant that the water was constantly running – I had to buy and install a new one. 2. Large, visible cracks in the sink. 3. The shower mixer was broken and leaked continuously, even at night, wasting huge amounts of water. 4. The bottom of the bathroom cabinet is completely damaged, with obvious damage when you open the drawer. All of these problems were not visible or possible to detect during the viewing, since you normally don't test if the bathroom is fully functional or inspect all the cabinets in such a short time. The repairs required a lot of work and money, and such problems should have been clearly reported, especially in Sweden and when it comes to a condominium, where you expect everything to be in order or at least mentioned. This was particularly disappointing as I had also paid extra to be able to buy the apartment earlier. On the positive side, the apartment itself is excellent and the process was handled professionally – but the lack of transparency around these issues leaves a bitter aftertaste.
