At first glance a little rough, but soon warmhearted and helpful personal; large sortiment for both fly- and spinfishing. Bought a medium to sub-high range priced fishing rod there which snapped into pieces two days after purchase without any obvious reason. The rod had been instantly replaced from this shop without any problems whatsoever!!! This is great and fair service, a trade nowadays hardly sought after in local retail trade!!!
