It's been a while since we got the sofa. It had been a very bad review at the time, so they felt it was better not to write anything at all when we got it, but now I'm actually doing it anyway! I remember they also wanted you to write a review before the sofa even arrived and then you would get a discount of about 500 SEK, but we refused. But now to the point, first of all it took a really long time before the sofa even showed up, the delivery time did not match what they had come up with at all. They barely answered the phone, then when we finally got a hold of them they said oh well but Friday is the estimated delivery, but then we called them on Friday and no answer all day, so we were without a sofa for a good while in our newly moved apartment. Asked for a reduced price but no, so they blamed corona as the reason for late deliveries, I just think that if you have a company you have to check things out and just in case inform your customers that it takes a really long time before the sofa shows up. I also asked where the sofa came from and didn't get a serious answer either. Then when the sofa arrived it had a crack in the wood by the divan, a bit strange to have a 120cm wide divan and no support leg underneath but we got a new divan. Now we were going to wash the carpet and then lift the sofa and then I see the legs stained on our carpet + it looks like there is mold on the wood under the sofa.
