Zondera shares information about which employees have responded to the survey with their managers. This goes against their policy for the privacy and protection of employees who participate in the survey. Revealing who has responded in this way undermines the very purpose of the survey being completely anonymous. This type of handling not only creates concern, but also risks that employees do not dare to be open in their responses, which means that the customer receives an uncertain and misleading result.

My company used their employee survey. Everything was under criticism. They had spot checks on certain employees, who they then informed the management of my company about what we were doing. That we asked Zondera's customer service for the survey (i.e. an empty survey) or something like that, reached my boss, through our management, in less than 2 minutes. They did not report the results to the management but to all other departments. When this was then questioned, they lied straight to my face and denied that they had even written to our management about who had contacted them about what and accused me as an employee of not knowing and understanding things. Better in every way to do a survey on Surveymonkey, than their made-up crap :) Answer to below: although now your employee did it. Something I have proof of and my manager has apologized for. :) disgusting behavior straight from your side.
