Apoteket

On 20/2 I ordered essential medicines before my trip to another country on 26/2 (I needed medicines during the trip). It was supposed to take 1 to 3 days to receive my order, but the delivery was delayed. On 25/2 I called the pharmacy to ask how we can resolve this, then I got a reply that my order has arrived, they just didn't have time to unpack it, so I can come and pick it up. I want to emphasize that the staff who spoke to me on the phone spoke bad Swedish, was rude and was talking to someone else at the same time. When I got to the pharmacy, I was told by a male staff member that only one medicine of everything I had ordered had arrived. Of course, I couldn't buy medicines at another pharmacy because it was too early (I had just ordered according to the system). So he said that I would only get the one that arrived and he would cancel the rest and I could order again on 22/3 when I get back to Sweden. On 3/3 I received a message that the order had arrived and I had to pick it up before 17/3. I will be back on 22/3. It says that I have to call them or write in chat. I can't call, I'm outside the EU. Writing in chat was impossible because it kept saying that no one was online. They refused to help via email due to confidentiality. So I was left without medication, had to visit doctors abroad to get a prescription, pay for expensive medication even though I have high-cost coverage in Sweden, i.e. had a lot of trouble and stress, lost money! I'm very dissatisfied!

Den 20/2 beställde jag livsviktiga läkemedel innan min resa till ett annat land 26/2 (jag behövde läkemedel under resan).Det skulle ta 1 till 3 dagar att få min beställning, men leveransen blev försenad. Den 25/2 ringde jag till apoteket …

The worst pharmacy in all of Stockholm. The guy who has a German or French dialect claims to be an expert, but he was an expert at being useless and ignorant. I was going to pick up a prescription and was told that it was not possible to exchange it when it was the same medicine but from a different supplier. Then I went to Älvsjö pharmacy and there were no problems. How can such an ignorant pharmacist call himself an expert and have such a job.
