A bit tricky to back up with a trailer but nice warehouse staff.
Fantastic customer support!!! Our bike had a custom-built luggage rack, but the side bars were missing. These were essential for our panniers. The ARTAN support team took care of the issue over the phone, spent several calls searching for a suitable solution, and ultimately procured the necessary extensions and sent them to us free of charge. Perfect, and THANK YOU! This is exactly the kind of customer service you could wish for.
Absolute great customer service! Placed a review about a broken kickstand due to air bells in het molding process as seen at the broken piece of metal. A day or so later I recieved a message to get in contact on the e-mail, so I did. The customer service offered me a completely new standard and even a gift as support for the quality problem with only this single standard! Recieved the standard very quickly although I live in thé bicycle land; The Netherlands. The standard is working very nice and is as the old one perfectly studry for this heavy eBike!
