Absolute great customer service! Placed a review about a broken kickstand due to air bells in het molding process as seen at the broken piece of metal. A day or so later I recieved a message to get in contact on the e-mail, so I did. The customer service offered me a completely new standard and even a gift as support for the quality problem with only this single standard! Recieved the standard very quickly although I live in thé bicycle land; The Netherlands. The standard is working very nice and is as the old one perfectly studry for this heavy eBike!
