Jätte otrevliga personal. Bad quality rude behavior of store manager I have bought a shoe from Örebro butik in Marieberg Galleria. After around 25 days it shows high wear. I went to the butik in Orebro today 25/4 kl 17:00. To speak to them, the girl which refuses to tell me here name and called her self as butik mangers was so so rude and accused me that I have damaged the shoe my self 😕and she refuses to even discuss. I tried to raise a complaint against here behavior and the quality and I talked to customer service and they blamed me that I miss used the shoes 😐, though I never had any issue with shoes being worn in 3 weeks, they never accepted that they have a bad quality😕.

Bra råd, bra hjälp, trevlig personal. Lite dyrare än i Tyskland, men helt okej.

Let me start by saying that my parents and I all worked in service and always have that in mind and treat people in service especially WELL - almost for no reason! We were looking for shoes for my mother, neither of the 2 blonde girls who worked came to us in 20 minutes. I went up and was going to ask if there was a size in stock (just in case), even then one quickly leaves and the cashier avoided eye contact with a straight answer. When we finally go to pay and buy 2 shoes, we have apparently become confused as it says 30% off on almost everything on the Skechers shelf. The cashier says that it does not apply to any of the pairs. We say "Oh, that was a bit misleading if you look down there, don't you think?" No is the answer. I myself have been in that position in service, it is not difficult to be treated nicely and explain why?? We say that we would like to take them anyway! (With a smile). So instead of 1400kr for 2 pairs we pay 2200kr instead - oh well. When we then pay and she asks about the impregnation of the shoes we say no and say we can do without since we have it at home! "Yeah." From a personal perspective here: How can you work in service if you don't greet the customers, ask a single question, squeeze out a single fake smile and then think you can talk to an elderly couple as if they are parents to your own spoiled mind??? This is beyond criticism. Speechless at how many exemplary CONTRACTIONS happened during this visit. Fun with 2 nice shoes, but will never come back, and recommend away anyone who thinks they want to go in here!!
