Bad quality rude behavior of store manager I have bought a shoe from Örebro butik in Marieberg Galleria. After around 25 days it shows high wear. I went to the butik in Orebro today 25/4 kl 17:00. To speak to them, the girl which refuses to tell me here name and called her self as butik mangers was so so rude and accused me that I have damaged the shoe my self 😕and she refuses to even discuss. I tried to raise a complaint against here behavior and the quality and I talked to customer service and they blamed me that I miss used the shoes 😐, though I never had any issue with shoes being worn in 3 weeks, they never accepted that they have a bad quality😕.
