A disastrous experience. The expectation of moving into a new, fresh home quickly turned into a great disappointment. Our new home turned out to be barely cleaned at all. The staff had completely skipped the kitchen. Grease, dirt, crumbs and dust were still there. In other rooms the cleaning was very substandard and in several places it had not been cleaned at all. Initially the cleaning company did not want to come back soon and fix the problems but after pressure they came back and fixed the worst. However, without even giving an apology for the inadequate work done. The cleaning was so bad that we were forced to clean the entire apartment again. The conclusion is that I absolutely cannot recommend this company. After 20 years in Stockholm, it is actually the worst I have experienced in terms of cleaning.

Are you considering hiring this company? Think again! Hired them for a moving cleaning of a 50 square meter apartment. I want to point out that we had to pay an extra 140:- per machine washing/drying (even though they have no hidden fees according to the quote) and they couldn't even bother to dust them up. We also had to pay an extra 100:- when there was a stain that was difficult to remove, which meant they had to buy a stronger agent. As far as I know and with my own experience of cleaning, they make sure to have products/materials and equipment suitable for the task. The outcome was, as expected, a knock on the inspection, but then you apparently have to pay the invoice before a "back cleaning" is carried out, so the guarantee (again according to the quote) is not true. They claim to clean according to the recommendations of the Real Estate Association, thinking that the pictures will speak for themselves there. The pictures are from the inspection company. If you choose this company despite this, you can in addition to poorly performed work, extra costs and no guarantees unless you pay, expect a nonchalant and unprofessional treatment in case of dissatisfaction and the occasional lie. The case was reported to ARN who ruled in our favor. We never paid!! Stand up for yourself if you are dissatisfied!!
