great place, wonderful location, arrived with our cars as the goal of a roadtrip and we had so much fun and everything was accounted for, definitely would love to visit again

Att botanisera bland garnhusets utbud av 6/2 ullgarn i alla tänkbara färger är fantastiskt roligt! Det finns egentligen bara två nackdelar nämligen att de inte har öppet på helgerna och att det är smärre omöjligt att komma därifrån utan mer garn än vad man tänkt sig! 😅
I visited Burger King in Gislaved and ordered the Double Gourmet Grill Steakhouse. The burger itself was honestly really good – big, juicy, and the patties were perfectly cooked. The salad inside was fresh, and the fries were hot and crunchy. Unfortunately, the onion rings were very hard to chew. I couldn’t eat them – they felt overcooked or like they’d been sitting too long. That was disappointing, especially since the rest of the meal was better. The cola was filled with too much ice, so there wasn’t much actual drink – mostly melted ice water after a few sips. When I went to pay, I appreciated that most of the machine interface was in English. But the final step asking me to insert my PIN was only in Swedish. As a tourist, I had no idea what it said, and had to quickly use my phone to translate it. I was clearly struggling, but none of the staff offered any help, even though they could see I was confused. That made the process more stressful than it needed to be. It would be helpful if all steps were available in English, and staff were a bit more supportive in these situations. There was also a mistake with my order – they got one digit wrong, and my meal ended up sitting on the service counter for quite a while before I noticed and asked about it. When I asked the staff, they spoke very little English and started arguing like it was my mistake. I showed them my bank app, which clearly showed I had paid the exact price of my order, but they didn’t even apologize. It honestly felt arrogant, like they didn’t want to admit their mistake even though it was clear.
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The sanitary facilities were old, partly unclean, and there was a strong smell of greywater/sewage – very unpleasant. The showers and toilets did not feel properly maintained. The pitches were very tight, more like parking spots than real camping spaces. We were not allowed to view the pitches before checking in. Just a few minutes after checking in, we decided to switch to a smaller and quieter spot on the same campground. Although this pitch was cheaper, we were still charged the full price for the originally booked, more expensive pitch. For the price, we expected much more – both in terms of cleanliness and customer service. There was no flexibility, no transparency, and overall it was not a pleasant camping experience. Sadly, we cannot recommend this campsite.
Last time for me. 3rd occasion I've ordered and you have no stock. Your customer service is woeful and the emails are bouncing back. I ended up going to the local pharmacy and paying twice as you are not reachable or, indeed able to cancel orders. Good luck I'm off to Meds.
JeWa är fantastiskt proffsig och kunnig på det hon pratar om och gör behandlingar i. Dessutom väldigt trevlig, jordnära och förstående som person. Det finns absolut inget ont att säga!

Great place. The food was good and the owner/staff outstanding and super friendly. Really enjoyed our evening there.
Had a side mirror that wanted to fall off, went to Fridells and they installed it pretty quickly and didn't even have to pay for it. Even though it was just a little glue and 2 minutes of work. So I'm very grateful for that help. :)
