Bad customer service. Yesterday (December 20) I had the opportunity to visit this store, and it was the last time I was there. One of the clerks attacked us and insisted that if we opened the package we would have to pay for it. The package had been opened by someone else before, which could easily be proven with surveillance. Her way of speaking was very rude and unpleasant. Since the product was open in the store, we as customers wanted to check if everything was there, because it was the last product. Her way of speaking showed a lack of respect for the customer and her behavior. This was the first time I had encountered such rudeness. Statements like "Let the person who opened it come before you pay" or "Everything was there before you opened it" were inappropriate. When we paid, the same clerk was very rude to us. Treating customers like thieves and showing such disrespect shows the incompetence of your employees

Terribly bad treatment. Our child really wanted a labubu which we bought at Lekia NORBY for 299 (thought these were real when you can get these online for 379 and didn't think Lekia sold fakes that you can buy on the market for under 100), asked at the checkout if these were real and they claimed that they didn't know if they were real or not. We quickly realized after buying that these weren't real because the teeth were painted in the wrong places and also the nails etc. We then went back and questioned this and then they claimed that their boss had told them to tell customers that they didn't know if they were real or not. They couldn't do anything because it was opened. After a lot of ifs and buts we had to complain about it, but we could forget about getting our money back. First the cashier threw a new labubu box at us when she said that "she couldn't take it anymore", we didn't want a new labubu so we picked up a game the child had looked at instead. Terribly bad customer service and you should really think about what kind of staff you have.
