Bad customer service. Yesterday (December 20) I had the opportunity to visit this store, and it was the last time I was there. One of the clerks attacked us and insisted that if we opened the package we would have to pay for it. The package had been opened by someone else before, which could easily be proven with surveillance. Her way of speaking was very rude and unpleasant. Since the product was open in the store, we as customers wanted to check if everything was there, because it was the last product. Her way of speaking showed a lack of respect for the customer and her behavior. This was the first time I had encountered such rudeness. Statements like "Let the person who opened it come before you pay" or "Everything was there before you opened it" were inappropriate. When we paid, the same clerk was very rude to us.
