Avoid unless necessary. It costs 8 SEK/kWh and then there is a blocking fee of 1 SEK/minute that starts to apply 30 minutes after charging is complete unless the car is moved. This information is available at the reception at Ishotellet. I got there at 9 pm in the evening and asked about a charging point because I couldn't find it as it had been moved to the other side of the road. I never received any instructions but they told me that it had been moved. Once there, I scanned the QR code on the charger and was able to download the correct app. When I registered, I was supposed to give permission to reserve an amount in advance. This would be reserved either on charger 1 or 2. After careful investigation, I had to take a chance on which of the chargers was which. There is no marking, not even with the QR code after I downloaded the correct app. I got the charger started and left. The car would be charged sometime during the night so that it was full for the onward journey. In the morning I received a push notification and an email at around 3am that the blocking fee had now started. I went straight out and disconnected the car and moved it. The blocking fee was 300kr. In total it cost me just over 18kr/kWh. I got a receipt for the email and went to reception. The guy working consulted a colleague who replied that it was my responsibility to find out what applies if I connect my car. I find no pleasure in being beaten up by someone who is just doing their job. It is not his responsibility that I did not receive any information in the evening when I asked. I accept this and life goes on. I asked him to try to spread the information to his colleagues that there is a paper in reception with instructions that they are to give to those who ask. Then everything would have been so much easier and I would have known the conditions before I decided to charge. I would have rather stood 5 extra minutes on a fast charger the next day, it would have been significantly cheaper.
