When I asked the female and male employees about this, they claimed it was their policy and that it was in case the card might have been stolen. Furthermore, the male employee spoke to me very rudely and was unfriendly, and I felt threatened. Both employees clearly lack proper training and behaved very disrespectfully. Their actions demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. I have lived in and traveled to many cities, but this is the first time an employee has written my date of birth on a receipt. I do not want to experience this again, and I hope that no one else has to go through such an experience.
