Great service, responsible and nice staff!

A poor service, On September 10, 2025, around 6:30 p.m., I visited a toy store while traveling to buy a gift for my younger sibling worth close to $100. The female staff member asked me for my ID, so I showed it to her. Then she wrote down my date of birth on the receipt. I later searched this on Google and found out that this is not considered normal.

A very uneducated, ignorant During my visit to Lekia Sickla, the store employee unnecessarily requested my ID card and recorded my personal information (date of birth) on the receipt. The total amount of the toy I intended to purchase as a gift was 679.00 SEK, which is not a significant amount, so there was no reason to ask for my ID. When I asked the female and male employees about this, they claimed it was their policy and that it was in case the card might have been stolen. Furthermore, the male employee spoke to me very rudely and was unfriendly, and I felt threatened. Both employees clearly lack proper training and behaved very disrespectfully. Their actions demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. I have lived in and traveled to many cities, but this is the first time an employee has written my date of birth on a receipt. I do not want to experience this again, and I hope that no one else has to go through such an experience.
