We booked an appointment for teeth whitening and traveled to Stockholm just for the treatment. The clinic has a 24-hour cancellation policy for customers. Despite this, the clinic canceled our appointment 6 hours before the booked visit, citing that they were going to be on training. Training is a planned activity and not an urgent obstacle. We were not reimbursed for the travel expenses that arose as a result of the late cancellation. When we questioned the situation, we experienced the communication as unpleasant and dismissive. We believe that companies should apply the same responsibility towards their customers that they themselves demand.
