Unprofessional handling of my complaint. I complained about a pair of winter shoes that I had worn for two months. There was clearly a fault with the shoe and the material. The shoe broke in the sole and heel. Water leaked through holes in the material and the heel pumped air and water. The cashier, who probably shouldn't give her name, said that there was a fault with the shoe but still referred to "normal wear and tear". She gave me 50 percent of the price back. The right thing to do is to get the full price back AND compensation for the car journey to and from the store. But this lady wanted to try to scam a young girl.
