Must show passport to get Bank ID!! Askim was closed to customers, it said on the door. So I went to Sarpsborg, because this had to be arranged quickly as you will soon need Bank ID everywhere and it said it was up there. I almost couldn't find the entrance. I got help from a security guard at the Nav office in the same building who helped me find an elevator where it actually said DNB 4th floor on the wall. Didn't get in as it was also closed here!! Why in the black are you told to show your passport at a DNB office when all are closed??
