I needed to exchange a raincoat for something more breathable and the staff went out of their way to help me with it and I scored a beautiful jacket at a great deal! Because it's an outlet store, you can chance upon great deals! You have to look for your size but hit the deals shelves and search for amazing leather shoes. I chanced upon ones for 299 kr which is amazing! My friend got ones for 399 (because she was a size 41) and those were a steal as well! The staff is great. They helped us find different sizes and colours and were prompt with explaining what each shoes features were! If you don't find your size or colour do ask them , they definitely have more discounted pieces in their storage beyond the ones in display. So you can strike a deal you never knew of! My best purchase in Stockholm so far! My feet are now warm and comfy!
Staff is okay, though the organisation is slow. Though I had an email saying my ut card is available in this office. Their record said card is in transit. But when I insisted on them checking the cards, I was able to find my card! So please be very clear and come prepared with your documents and emails. You have to stand in line to get to the help desk. Though the wait isn't very long. There is a high chance someone cuts the line and walks right in without a token assigned to them. The office is easy to spot and has many counters. And has a bus stop in a 2 minute walking distance. The unprofessionalism which has caused me a lot of trouble. From a 60+ day wait for a student permit. To a slow ut card delivery. To not getting any actual help on their helpline, it truly has been a task with migration!
