Last Monday, I took my MAN truck (still under warranty) to this workshop with a serious error message. Without any further investigation, I was told that a line was probably frozen, and they offered me an appointment for two days later. When I specifically asked if they could at least read the error memory, they refused. What was particularly disappointing was that several employees were visibly sitting together drinking coffee without any apparent workload – it wasn't a break. Despite this, they were clearly unwilling to take 10-15 minutes for a diagnosis. I then drove 19 kilometers to the next workshop. There, the error memory was read immediately, and the problem was completely resolved within an hour. Especially with a vehicle still under warranty, I expect professional service and at least a basic troubleshooting. The way my issue was handled was anything but customer-oriented. Very disappointing.
