Bought my lamps from a retailer. Went down before Christmas to get them for Christmas Eve. When I got home I got the wrong parts for my lamps. I emailed the retailer who said they ordered the ones I was supposed to have so the fault lies with you who sent out the wrong lamp. Yes yes it is a small plate x 2 that is wrong so I thought it would only take a day or so. But oh how can you be fooled it took more than 1 month to get the right plate for my lamps. It has been Christmas between but from 21/12 to 26/1 is not ok and Not a single apology or anything like that just like that you can count on. So for us there will be no more lamps from you. The wooden plate for the wall lamp you can think that you bought from Temu, you have to put work on it yourself to want to put it on the wall.

Bad treatment from both the receptionist and the doctor. Had a paper that the receptionist would calculate the average value on (it was written on the paper that they would do it) said "yes I don't understand why we should do it but if it says so then I have to do it. Snarly and clearly shows that they don't want people on that VC. Forget to write out prescriptions and don't call back or write a response to 1177 as they said they would. Get a strange answer in the mailbox on paper 1 week or 4 days after they should have called. Being told that they have a policy not to prescribe certain medications and then being told that there are others who need it better despite several illnesses that require the medication. Many more things but now I have changed VC so now I don't have to feel in the way and unwelcome when I need help. If I could post this without a star I would have done so.
