High level of service, good language skills, high level of competence. Feels safe to leave the car. Reasonable prices. He does that "little extra" for the customer - I left the car for washing and had scratches from washing on the window frames, front and rear doors. He polished them away for me at no extra cost. I have left my cars at many different repair shops in and outside the inner city, including Porsche Center, and I think Norrmalms Biltvätt is the best so far in terms of service, competence, language skills and customer service. Feels safe to leave the car here.

I was positively surprised. The geographical location is a bit remote and the "showroom" is a bit primitive. But I did receive a fair price for my car upon trading it in for a used car in their stock, and the used car which I traded to was priced fairly as well. The sales-rep was pragmatic in our price-negotiations and overall helpful. I do suggest to come prepared and ready to actually sell/buy before contacting the dealership though in order not to waste anyone's time. Overall very positive experience.
Bought a Porsche Macan in summer of 2024. Some significant issues with the car was identified upon testdriving it and they agreed to take it upon them to troubleshoot and solve all identified issues - there was no resistance or reluctance. Seller, Asif, was outstanding and highly serviceminded. I can absolutely recommend him as your seller. It took them nearly 1 month to get the parts and upon picking the car up the issues was still there and I had to leave the car once again and it took another month or so before it was fully solved. It took another 2-3 months before receiving any kind of documentation of the work that was done on the car. But the most important thing is that they immediately agreed to solve the issues without hesitation and Asif kept me updated throughout which I think speaks highly of his customer care. Upon driving the car home they gave me a bottle of (alcohol-free) champagne which I think was a great touch in terms of customer-experience. Any dealership will have issues with used cars, it's inevitable. But it's how they handle it that differentiates the good one's from the bad one's. Wowto and Asif handled it professionally and without reluctance which shows they care about their brand. The only "minus" that I potentially have to say is that they hire many young kids to the salesteam, that has limited knowledge/interest about the cars they sell in terms of common issues tied to the relevant car-model which makes it difficult to ask specific questions. But friendly and alert nonetheless. Of all the dealerships in Stockholm selling used premium cars, I would say Wowto is likely in the top 3, or better, to recommend. Overall experience very positive and professional .

Mycket bra och flexibel service och rimliga priser. Inte alltid bra på mailsvar men superbra och personligt bemötande väl på plats. Svarar alltid på tekniska frågor på ett pedagogiskt sätt så även en "lekman" förstår. Flexibel med tider och mycket hjälpsamma med saker utöver det beställda jobbet. Duktiga på Porsche. Rekommenderar varmt.
