This is without a doubt the worst healthcare center I have ever had contact with, I was told that the doctor had canceled my appointment without anyone informing me, I thought it would be okay, I will take it on Monday instead. On Monday morning I call at 8 am and am told that they will call me during the day to reschedule the appointment. They do not call. On Tuesday the following day I call again, exactly the same promise, exactly the same missed call. On Wednesday everything is repeated a third time. Three days in a row they promise to return and three days in a row they ignore it. When I call back to try to understand what is happening, I am also treated in a way that I experienced as unpleasant and completely without respect. Instead of helping me or even showing a little understanding, I am told that “it didn’t work out that way” and that “that’s how it is now”. Absolutely insanely unprofessional. My experience is that this health center does not take responsibility, does not keep its word and does not show any consideration for its patients. I would never recommend anyone to register here, and I will register myself here. This is among the most unserious treatment I have experienced in healthcare👎🏽
