The end result was very good, but there was a lot of hassle and waiting time during the work. Perhaps you can expect not to get top priority as a small customer. However, we are completely satisfied with the craftsman (Karl) and when we got hold of the right person (Hanna) in the work management, who then made sure that everything worked without any problems. You both deserve a big thank you!
