En mycket trevlig eftermiddag. Vänlig och entusiastisk personal som uppenbarligen älskar sina hundar och deras välbefinnande. Att köra släden är enkelt och trots temperaturerna fryser man inte (så länge man är förnuftig med sina kläder!). Jag gillade ölen vid elden när vi var klara.

Just back from a short Feb half-term stay at the hotel. Can't really fault it. The staff were lovely - helpful and friendly. Our cabin was simple but cosy. The breakfast across the road is outstanding! Such a variety of produce. It certainly sets you up for the day and should not be skipped. Although we didn't stay in an Ice Room, you can still see them all during the day and appreciate the effort put in by the sculptors. My kids loved the slide in the Ice Bar and I thought they were too old for that kind of thing! All the tours, transfers and logistical nonsense run perfectly. The clobber they give you for the stay is in good condition and is perfect for the husky/snow-mobile stuff. The best memory of our trip was definitely the first day, walking out our cabin at 1900 and greeted by the AB stretching across the skies doing its stuff. No need to get away from outdoor lights or use special camera settings to get a good shot. Just open your door and enjoy 😃
